Revenue Share
In this model of Rental Pool the revenue is
shared between the Investor and the Operator on
a set percentage basis.
On this basis the responsibility of the operator
and the Investor is that the operator is
primarily responsible for total operations and
its relevant costs. The Investor is responsible
only for costs associated with the ownership,
such as property taxes etc. Both the Operator
and the Investor share the revenue and then
cover their respective costs.
